2-Year Manufacturing Warranty
At Emerson Ryder, each piece is created with intention and carefully inspected to ensure it arrives in exceptional condition.
We offer a complimentary 2-year manufacturing warranty from the date of delivery, covering genuine defects in materials and craftsmanship.
If you believe your piece has a defect, please contact us at info@emersonryder.com
, and we will assist with repair or replacement where eligible. Approved warranty repairs or replacements will be provided at no cost within the warranty period.
What’s Covered
Our warranty applies to genuine manufacturing faults, including:
- Items arriving damaged or defective
- Faulty clasps, closures, or structural components
- Loose or improperly set stones upon delivery
- Structural flaws in metal (such as cracks or porosity)
- Incorrect item, size, or design received
What’s Not Covered
The following are not considered manufacturing defects:
- Normal wear and tear, including scratches, surface marks, or gradual changes over time
- Loss of stones or damage caused by impact, pressure, or improper handling
- Bending, warping, or misshaping due to external force or daily wear
- Fading or discoloration from exposure to chemicals, water, perfumes, or environmental factors
- Damage to delicate chains caused by pulling, snagging, or stretching
- Wear to prongs or settings over time
- Loss, theft, or accidental damage
- Improper care, storage, or cleaning
Repairs & Conditions
Any repairs, resizing, or alterations performed by a third party will void this warranty.
Damage resulting from failure to maintain or repair a piece may not be covered
After the 2-year period, we are happy to assist with repairs at a service cost.

10-Year Manufacturing Warranty
Designed to be worn for a lifetime, our bridal pieces are supported by our commitment to lasting quality.
This warranty covers genuine defects in materials and craftsmanship, including:Items arriving damaged or defective
- Items arriving damaged or defective
- Loose or improperly set stones upon delivery
- Structural flaws in metal or setting (such as cracks or porosity)
- Incorrect item, size, or design received
- Loose stones resulting from a manufacturing fault
- Faulty prongs or structural settings
What’s Not Covered
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage resulting from use, including but not limited to:
- Scratches, dents, or surface wear
- Misshapen bands caused by external pressure
- Cracked, chipped, or damaged stones due to impact
- Loss of stones due to wear, accidental damage, or improper care
- Loss or theft of the piece

Any repairs, resizing, or alterations performed by a third party will void this warranty.
Repairs outside of manufacturing faults may be offered at a service cost. After the 10-year period, we are happy to assist with repairs at a service cost.
