Refund policy

Most Emerson Ryder pieces are made to order or custom, created with intention and hand made specifically for each order. Due to this, our policy is designed to reflect the nature of these pieces.

Final Sale

All custom orders, made-to-order pieces, and personalized items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

This includes any pieces that are:

  • Customized or engraved
  • Made to specific sizing or specifications
  • Created as part of a bespoke or personalized order
  • Exclusions

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Custom or made-to-order pieces
  • Personalized or engraved items
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards

Select in-stock pieces may be eligible for return or exchange, subject to approval.

Exchanges & Store Credit

Where approved, eligible items may be exchanged or returned for store credit only.

Requests must be made within 48 days of delivery, and items must be:

  • Unworn and in original condition
  • Returned with all original packaging

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Approved items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Once received and assessed, we will offer:

  • A repair
  • A replacement
  • Or a refund where eligible 

Repairs & Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our pieces. 

Each Emerson Ryder piece is supported by a 2-year manufacturing warranty, covering genuine defects in materials and craftsmanship.

If your item requires repair due to a manufacturing fault, please contact us and we will assess the piece accordingly. 

Repairs outside of manufacturing faults may be offered at a cost.

Shipping & Responsibility

Returned items remain the responsibility of the customer until received by Emerson Ryder.

We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
